Our poppy seed bagels offer a traditional, savoury flavour. Each bagel uses organic ingredients and follows the proper bagel method. We hand shape them, boil them, then bake them for a firm crust and soft centre.

The crust is coated with a generous layer of poppy seeds. Baking brings out their deep, earthy taste and gives a light crunch with each bite.

Enjoy them fresh or toasted with butter, cream cheese, smoked salmon, eggs, or your favourite filling. A classic bagel with a rich seed flavour.
