Our poppy seed bagels offer a traditional, savoury flavour. Each bagel uses organic ingredients and follows the proper bagel method. We hand shape them, boil them, then bake them for a firm crust and soft centre.
The crust is coated with a generous layer of poppy seeds. Baking brings out their deep, earthy taste and gives a light crunch with each bite.
