- Booking
- Book online or by email.
- Full payment secures your place.
- Bring your confirmation on the day.
- Transfers, rescheduling, no-shows
- Transfer your place to another person at no charge. Email the new name at least 24 hours before the session.
- Reschedule up to 7 days before the session.
- No-shows and late cancellations inside 7 days are non-refundable.
- Changes or cancellations by Jacob’s Bagels
- We reserve the right to change dates, times, instructors, or session content.
- We reserve the right to cancel sessions.
- If we cancel, choose a new date or receive a refund of fees paid. No payment for travel, parking, time, or other costs.
- Arrival and conduct
- Arrive 10 minutes early.
- Late arrival reduces session time without refund.
- Follow instructor directions at all times.
- Wear closed-toe shoes and sensible clothing. Tie back long hair. Avoid loose sleeves and dangling jewellery.
- No alcohol or drugs before or during the session. We refuse entry if we judge a safety risk.

You accept full responsibility for personal safety while on site.

- Access and home environment
- No wheelchair access.
- Steps at door thresholds along the route.
- Narrow doorways and uneven surfaces in places.
- Toilets sit within the attached private home. You pass through the home to reach them.
- Respect household privacy at all times.
- Travel, parking, and property
- You remain responsible for safe travel to and from the venue.
- Park only in marked areas or public bays and follow local rules.
- You remain responsible for your vehicle and contents.
- We accept no liability for loss, theft, damage, fines, or towing.
- Allergies and health
- Our bakery handles wheat, gluten, sesame, nuts, seeds, and other allergens. Cross-contact risk exists.
- Share allergy and medical details before booking. We will advise on suitability.
- Bring required medication and use as directed.
- Do not attend if unwell. Contact us to discuss options.
- Age and supervision
- Sessions suit ages 16 and over.
- Under 16s need prior agreement and a supervising adult attendee.
- What the price includes
- Tuition, ingredients, and use of equipment unless we state otherwise.
- Take-home items vary by session and are for personal use, not resale.
- Photography and media
- We sometimes take photos or short videos for marketing. Tell the instructor before the session if you do not wish to appear.
- Personal data
- We process personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
- We use details to manage bookings, safety, and payments.
- Consumer rights (distance sales)
- Online or phone purchases include a 14-day cooling-off period from purchase, provided no date is booked within the 14-day period and no service has begun.
- If you ask for a date within 14 days and we confirm a booking inside this period, the cooling-off right ends.
- Refunds go to the original payer.
- Liability
- Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability the law does not allow us to limit.
- For other loss, total liability equals the fees paid for the session.
- We do not accept liability for travel, accommodation, parking, loss of earnings, or other indirect loss

- Contact us before booking if you need adjustments or support. If safe access is not possible, do not book.
- Governing law
- English law governs these terms. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction
