Phones During Shifts
Focus in the shop matters. Phones distract staff and break the flow of service, so clear rules apply.
- Phones stay in bags or the staff room during shifts.
- Phones only come out during breaks.
- Only management phones used for business stay in the work area.

Jacob's Bagels welcomes disabled applicants. Support needs sit in an open discussion after a job offer. The Worthing shop has stairs to the staff area. A lift does not suit this building. Tasks that rely on safe use of the stairs stay with staff who use them safely. The business looks at adjustments that stay safe and reasonable for the space.
