Our cheese and jalapeño bagels bring a warm savoury bite. Each bagel uses organic ingredients and follows the traditional bagel method. We hand shape them, boil them, then bake them for a firm crust and soft centre.

Mature cheese melts into the crust while slices of jalapeño give a gentle heat. The flavour works well on its own or with fillings such as eggs, bacon, cream cheese, or chicken.

A proper bagel with a little kick.
