Pulborough is where Jacob’s Bagels was born.
It’s where we mix, shape, boil, and bake every bagel by hand. Our ovens here run on solar power during the summer months, keeping us true to our values of good food and low impact.
From this bakery we supply cafés, restaurants, and hotels across Sussex with freshly baked organic bagels. Every batch is made the traditional way, fermented dough, organic ingredients, and time, not shortcuts.
It’s also where we run our Bagel Baking Expereince Days a relaxed, hands-on session where you’ll bake alongside our team, learn the process, and take home the bagels you’ve made.
