Our smoked salmon bagel begins with one of our organic bagels, hand shaped, boiled, then baked for a firm crust and soft centre. The bagel is toasted before serving.
We add 50 grams of smoked salmon with full fat cream cheese, capers, and fresh red onion.
The toasted bagel holds the warmth of the bread and stays warm for about 15 minutes after preparation.
