Our Saigon cinnamon bagels carry a warm, gentle sweetness. Each bagel uses organic ingredients and follows the proper bagel method. We hand shape them, boil them, then bake them for a firm crust and soft centre.

Ground Saigon cinnamon runs through the dough and gives a rich, rounded flavour. Toast one and add butter, cream cheese, or a little honey.
